Telkom Internet super slow and Call centre closed

Telkom is our ADSL supplier and our internet is super slow. Use MWEB as our data provider and spoke to very friendly people who tried everything on their side to fix the problem only to find out it is telkom who was the problem. Tried calling Telkom on their 10210 line. Got an automated message followed the queues and only to be told after entering my number and information that the call centre was closed. And best of all im being billed for that call. This is rediculous. A company this large should be able to deliver a decent service but they just couldnt care less as they have no real competition. I am very unhappy and if I could would choose a different company for my ADSL line in a heartbeat.
