Merely asked to have my surname changed on the order. I changed my profile to my new surname (after purchase), but it never updated the order. I need to change it, otherwise my consignment won't get to me when it's delivered at my company.

Not only did it take you 2 days to respond, you won't assist on a consignee name amendment on an order that hasn't been dispatched yet. Furthermore you don't give me a reason for why you won't assist or any additional recommendations on how the situation can be handled or dealt with.
