Horrible service and Bad attitude from Manage

On Sunday 1 December 2013 my husband and I visited the Spar on Northrand road (Palms), as we went to the cashier to pay for our goods we were informed that their card machine is not working, after we wasted our time to do shopping and no signage anywhere in the store to inform clients of the problem she still tried to swipe our card, later another cashier came to swipe our card on a different machine and while it was still processing she removed it, the second time the transaction went trough. As suspected the transaction went through twice, yesterday we went back to the store to get the money back and my husband dealt with the manager/owner who was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. First of all he could not greet my husband, and went on and on, on how we will have to wait 3 - 5 day to get the money back. If he had dealt with us in a respectable manner the situation would have been handled differently. We as the customers were caused a lot of inconvenience and and is shocked by the manner the manger dealt regarding this situation. Not once did he apologise for the inconvenience and not once did he try to assist us but instead came out with a bad attitude & went off at us.
