Poor or Zero 3G, also poor signal

I Moved from Vodacom to Cell C in April 2013. I live and work in Brackendowns, Alberton.
The contract price is good, as well as the call rates. The signal strength and 3G signal in my area, however, is very poor.
After calling the call centre numerous times, I eventually lodged an official complaint on 9 June, 2013, Ticket Number SD103496.
Since then I have been following up every week, or 2 weeks, to see if anything good is happening. The response is always the same - Cell C is rolling out a huge upgrade in Gauteng, worth billions, but no ETA on when MY problem will be fixed.
In the meantime, I have a hard time using up the 500MB data that is included in my contract fee, and have to connect to my home office Wi-Fi, to get any decent internet usage.
I have spoken to a couple of supervisors at the call centre, all of who promised to either get back to me, or to escalate to the network people. The suggestion was also twice made that a technician of some sort should have come to my premises to investigate the signal strength.
I have suggested that a signal booster be install on my property.
I am ready to cancel my contract, and move on to a provider that give me a decent service
