5 & a half weeks and still no phone?

Good day nameless (After complaining of poor service I expect to speak to someone with a name!)
You responded to my complaint on the 17th January after which I received a call from your repair centre during which I stated clearly that the "quote" to repair was ridiculously high and that my phone should be returned to the branch at East Rand mall at which I had handed it in. It is now the 28th January and I still not heard if my phone is available for pickup at the branch?
