Last year 25 november 2012 i purchased a cell c internet c sim card i always notice when its a year later and i have just a week left all of a sudden cell c has a problem very consistently i called the cell c call centre last week Thursday spoke to the consultant he refused to assist me i then called for the team leader who was also not will to assist me not helpful at all they kept insisting that they transfer me to the technical dept.the team leader logged a call i was told the turn around time is 24/48 hours some one will call u but nobody has im taking the matter to the ombudsman im going to the media
