Being on contract with Mtn is really a bad experience for me. For many years I feared going on contract until I worked in a farm area where it is hard to obtain airtime. From the beginning I had problems with Mtn. To begin of with when I finally collected my phone they never gave me a copy of the original contract like promised. I have a phobia of having bad credit so when my first debit did not go off I phoned 808 immediately and started to make quaries. For months mtn sucked the energy out of me where I had no acceptable answers of what went wrong in my accounts. Eilleen was obnoxious and not helpful at all. Mtn seem to be careless in the handling of accounts and people. Just know you loose customers for live. I keep all records and itemise bills to talk people out of taking contracts with you. I want people to know how you treat customers. You explain the two different account numbers being send to me. A4256065 and A4387684 I hope the other account holder sees my complain and do something about it. Who ever they are. Just know at the end of this contract there will be no extension and I have no desire to use any MTN products ever again.
