It seems the only time you get feed back from this company is when you actually make a follow up yourself by calling the same company that promised to call you for feedback. Spoke to Tebogo over the phone about an account that I never thought I had, after i received an sms stating I will be handed over after 3months of not receiving sub fees, I agreed to pay the amount as I had only two months left on my contract provided she send me a copy of my contract and statements from when the contract started, she told me she was having problems with the system and she was going to send me a copy as soon as she is up and running, went to the branch on Saturday (20/07/2013) and was told she was the only one who could help me with my account and that she only works Mondays to Fridays, with a couple of days left in the month, sent her a couple of emails but no response, still waiting for the Statement and Copy of contract, my name will be dragged in the mud because of one person's incompetence!!! Not acceptable guys, you should employ people that actually care about customer service not those that would pass the buck at the first chance they get!!!
