I have now made it my life's mission to let everyone whether friends, colleges or strangers know how pathetic MTN is... newspapers, social media I will use everything known to the human race...

After complaining the first time I was sent a useless form which they did not reply to anyway. The second complaint was about them not replying and sending me the useless form again. The third complaint was about them again not reading my complaint, seeding me the same form and again doing nothing... a few more followed over a year... after the last one about 3 weeks ago they promised to call me. I'm still waiting

I'm not explaining the problem again because they just don't care. Being in the IT field I can at least promise that my story and all of the other like it are spread to every channel possible. So let me start by saying STAY AWAY from MTN all of it
