Complaint for Vehicle Contract

I bought a car through a dealership and beginning of this year i sent a complaint to the National Consumer commission after being advised to by a legal consultant. To date i have not received even an acknowledgement of receipt from the commission for my complaint. I even tried to call them everyday for the last 2 weeks to no avail as i cannot get through to any of their contact numbers being 0129404450/ 0129404500/ 0860266786. I even went on their website to fill in the request for callback form and also i have not received any response from them regarding that. I need a response as i need to have the matter sorted out. I am hoping that through this channel i will be able to get some form of feedback.
