Off for the SECOND TIME!!!

Call ref no 325887, on 21.05.13 i call in to for a cancellation fee on my contract, was sent a cancellation quote and was advised to pay amount D on the quote which was R2827.45, which i paid the next day. on the 05.06.13 i called to open a new contract and was advised that i have arrears of R1128.30 on this contract which shocked me because i was under the impression that my contract has been paid up and closed. i have had endless problems with vodacom and am really off and stressed with their lack of professionalism and the fact the customer service agent dont have a clue on what they are talking about, i was given a cancellation amount which i paid i refuse to pay the arrears amount as there was no FULL DISCLOSURE ON THE AMOUNT THAT NEEDED TO BE PAID!!! I want this sorted out i dont want explanations on what the arrears is about as this had to be explained when i inquired about paying up my contract..
