Got a sim data card at 13H00 today, called 084145 option 3 for activation. And 23 minutes later hung up. Called customer care they will not help as the manger said and i QUOTE "ITS NOT NOT MY DEPARTMENT" call the activation department. I said yes i had done that 3 times all three times it was 15 to 27 minutes on hold. I have a recording of the call if you need the proof. He said well try again. yes i have all F@#@ING day to phone. Out of the whole conversion all he heard was one word. O now you swearing at me. 63 minutes on hold what must i say thanks you are a star. Now 16H33 and still haven't got through. Needles to say i gave them a 0 on service.
