Rude consultant who took my call yesterday has to date emailed me the unblacklisting form - reference number 295495671!
Further, i had to tolerate her inefficies as she didnt listnt listen lets not point out the arrogance or rudeness! please listen to the recoding!
Incorrect phone blacklisted - reference 13722972... sms on confirmation received 01.05.13 @00:00 yet 2/3weeks later this phone got blocked... why? further the /hijacker has had a phone for the las month courtesy of vodacom!
