Telkom having failed us with regard to Landline and internet, we decided to get an internet package from MTN. Bertie was the consultant who described everything and sold us the contract. At the beginning it did not perform as we wanted and Bertie spared no time or effort to help until everything was working as we wanted.
His attitude at all times was patient, pleasant and decidedly helpful. Bertie is a real asset to the MTN family.
