I wish to report my total dissatisfaction at the service I am receiving from Alberante ARC.

I have just come from the Repair Centre in Alberton and wish to report on the following:

Having been told by the Workshop Manager Bertie Needham numerous times that the car should be ready within 15 working days (from whenever you phone him), the car is nowhere near ready. In view that the car has been standing at the workshop since early February I find that this is totally unacceptable to me as a customer. The repair days just get pushed out at a whim. In my opinion there is no urgency or will on behalf of Alberante ARC to repair my vehicle.

I have left messages for the Workshop manager to return my calls and I get totally ignored. The Information from Alberante call centre is always inaccurate. (if you can get through)

Yesterday I was assured by the Worksop Manager Bertie that he would personally phone me back to give me an update. True to form this did not happen and I had to go to the workshop myself to speak to him as he did not bother to come back to me. Today he could not even find the car without a struggle which shows you that this vehicle is being totally disregarded.
