Bad Signal for last 5/6 months

I usually get good support from you guys, hopefully I will again.
Sorry for putting it on HelloPeter, but call centre can't help.

I have phoned a couple of times now about having bad internet signal for the last couple of months, but all the call centre says is there is no problem from their side. One of the agents asked me what my gps coordinates are, I gave it to him and he actually checked to see what is wrong in my location. He told me that the nearest tower is under construction/upgrading, but they are almost done, my signal should improve shortly. But this was in January, and still my signal is very poor.

My friend had the same problem, living not too far from me, but MTN actually sent out a technician to him to check the connection after he complained, and then installed an antenna to improve his signal. He now has perfect signal, whereas I, with the better modem, still get disconnected from time to time.

Please can you respond via email and help me fix this.
