Cell C
Still no Feedback after 2 weeks

I complained about Cell C a week ago on Hello Peter. I only received promises that I will be contacted and still no-one has contacted me. My original request was logged on 7 September 2013 with Reference number 3090700182. I have now laid a complaint with ICASA in an effort to get some feedback from Cell C. Clearly Cell C needs to work on their communication skills because they are lacking it!!!
