BAD SERVICE!!

I took out two cellphone contracts at Nashua. Both of them was arranged to go of with a debit order but then they never took the arranged amount on the due date so I made a payment via Internet just to find out that I was softlock because there were still an amount outstanding so I made another payment. I never received a statement so did not know how much the balance was at the time.

I went to the bank to stop the debit order because they took more money than the arrangement, so now I make a payment every moth ON TIME but they keep on blocking my account. I send them proof of payment every time that I make a payment so there is no excuse for them to lock my account. This is putting me under a lot of stress and it is unnecessary. I have to use a lot of airtime to phone the call center just to hold on for another hour longer.

I am really not happy and feel that they are not living up to their standards. This needs to be sorted out because my phone can't be blocked every three days.
