SAMSUNG GALAXY ACE ADVANCE 5 TIMES IN FOR REPAIR

I upgraded last year November to the handset, Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance. From the start I experienced audio problems (people that phoned me or when I phoned them they complained that they could not hear me properly) and sent it in for repair. It came back and still had the same problem. The Springbok branch which I do have the contract with also sent in a complaint that the speed of my device is slower than the same device they tested. They made videos to explained the problem to the repair center. It came back four (4) times. It is currently still at the repair center for the fifth (5) time. It has been six (6) months now that I paid a phone which I do not have, because it still had the same problems. I am so furious about this whole situation and I do not think that any customer/client deserve such treatment. I do have several contracts with Nashua Mobile at the moment, but cannot wait to finish all of my contracts and believe me I never ever will make use of their services again. I am disgusted and disappointed in the manner they treated me. I am a client that pays my account at Nashua Mobile every month. I hope that you can assist me in this matter.
