I am writing to you today as a very disgruntled and aggrieved client of Nashua Mobile (Pty) ltd.
June 2013 the above headset was taken out from Nashua Mobile.
It is however unfortunate to mention that I have since taking delivery experienced numerous problems with the headset, forcing me to book the headset in at the Nashua Mobile repair department on not less than three different occasions. The same problems persists.
When booking the headset in on the third occasion I did inform the consultant, Chanelle Van Jaarsveld, that this was unacceptable and that should the headset cause any further problems I would opt for another headset alternatively the cancellation of the agreement.
This is now the fourth time while I was down in Molteno for business the phone failed me again. Now the device doesn't read my sim card. We tried another sim card but with no success. It is an embarrassment and very unprofessional. I just want the phone to be replaced with the same device or something similar as it seems impossible to be repaired.
