3 months ago i had taken a contract with Nashua mobile for the Samsung galaxy S4 for R390 p.m. ever since i have been having endless problems with their service and have been inconvenienced once to many. Firstly it took them a week to get me my phone which i had to do follow ups on, secondly my bill was coming to - R1000 for 2 months because my allocated data, free sms's and free minutes weren't loaded. On the 3 month of having my phone the battery starts giving me problems as the phone keeps switching off-when i went to the store to fix that all i was told was that samsung has been having problems with their battery's and i need to go the the repair agents myself to get it replaced. so if the next time i have a problem with the phone am i suppose to take it straight to the repair agents myself? what is Nashua's part in all this? to take my money and give me about everything? the staff at Nashua Mobile Galleria are the most unhelpful people and the rudest people i have meet. i have never been so inconvenienced like i have been in the last 3 months. Nashua needs to cancel my contract and take their phone back cause i have had about enough of them.
