just to share my terrible experience with MTN, my husband would like to change his contract as the bill is too high to pay every month, MTN refuses to give us a limit which was one option that i asked they refuse to migrate to top up package, they refuse to move from anytime 200 to any time 500 which we can manage, where is the assisting client there is no assistance thats the reason i cancelled my contract and down graded to top up because of the service that is being proviided a true dont care attitude from all consultants, you can never speak to a supervisor as there is never one avaliable nor a manager, we have both been client for over ten years and this is treatment i will logg a CPA compliant as well, not treating customers fairly so tomorrow if i cnt afford to pay you want to sent me attorney letters yet i notified MTN i can not afford to pay the exorbitent amounts that are being charged every month. im so diosappointed its sad to see MTN lose a client of 10 years plus to someone lack of customer service and the incompetance. VERY UPSET
