I am being charged for GPRS data, even when having the full BIS. My phone is not set on automatic updates, nothing. I spoke to the technical department on the 04/06/2013 (around 02:10pm) and according to them everything is correctly ticked, to not have updates.

I want to know who is going to pay for this, as I am not - I have not used this, so why must I pay for it? I have questioned this last month as well, and according to them it is "correctly billed" and that it is an automatic update. Well, I unticked everything then (after checking on blackberry website) and today it was confirmed that the settings is correct.

This is a breach of contract. I want someone to contact me about this.

I am really disgusted with Autopage - I wish I never went with them!!!
