Being charged for BIS and GPRS

Since March 2013, Altech is charging me for GPRS in addition to the BIS. I have logged the query with teh call centre. The reponse was that if one is not browsing through [URL Removed] then it is legitimate. However, I have confirmed with Altech's technical division (more than once) that my settings are correct. teh next excuse is Whatsapp. However, I have downloaded this form appworld and it uses blackerry.net server and my current data package whichis BIS. Again, no reason for being chrgaed twice. We know RIMis changing teh BIS policy going forward. I believe Autoppage is unilaterally changing the tersm and condisionsof current contracts and is using the new deal as an excuse. this is illegal and.

Unless my charegs are reversed (MArcha nd April 2013 now), and I have a written guarantee this will not occur, i will report Autopage to teh teh consumer council. I will certainly not be renewing my contrcat with Autopage when it expires.
