Cancellation problems for 3 months!

I have put in notice to cancel a telephone line for 3 months now!! I have sent 3 emails and called about 5-6 times in 2 months. Its such a simple task yet they are unable to do it! I have been waiting for a superior to call back and yet again no one has contacted me or is able to help. This is pathetic service
