Bad customer service by Smartvillage

Within Xanadu Nature Estate Smart Village is the preferred Internet Service Provider.

To buy additional data is a nightmare. Firstly the electronic way of topping up is not trust worthy. Once topped up on a Thursday which did not work and no support on weekend in this regard. So whole weekend without Internet access

To upgrade by telephone takes up to 15 minutes of holding on, in vein. there is a 'call you back' function, which is also not calling back constantly.

Today I called 2 times unsuccessful.

Chances are good i will not have internet access this weekend
