8ta's service is unbelievably bad

I signed up for a contract with 8ta for a Galaxy S3 and cant comprehend how difficult it has been.
It started Saturday 25th May 2013. I went in with all my correct documentation to sign up for a contract. I was told that it would take no longer than 2 hours. Waited 2 hrs, got nothing. Came back in Sunday because they didnt call me as they said they would. Still nothing. Finally after calling on Monday and complaining to a manager did I get somewhere.
Now, I was told by 2 separate consultants that the contract was 100 minutes and 400 MB p/m. I accepted and received my phone (3 days late). On the 1st of June I saw that I only received 150 MB of data. After trying for hours to get through to a Telecommunications company that cannot answer their phones I realised I have to go BACK to CC. More time and petrol trying to sort out something that should have taken a day or two.
After waiting (again) I was granted the opportunity to talk to someone. Turns out BOTH consultants gave me the wrong info, and that contract is only for the new Blackberry. After all of this, I decided top cancel my contract and go somewhere else. I STILL havnt received a call to confirm this. BAD SERVICE 8ta!!
