I was called by a sales consultant from Sell Direct in January with an attractive cellphone contract offer with Telkom Mobile at R129 p/m including a Samsung Galaxy Music, 100 free minutes per month and 5 GIG Data which i accepted after consideration. The phone was delivered to me on Friday 31 Jan 2014. Was told i would receive a call from the courier company before they arrived... which they didnt. I overlooked this and moved on.
I decided to open the packaging and activate the SIM Card on Monday 3 February 2014. After calling the call centre a few times with no answer finally i spoke to the lady responsible for activation. However before activation I asked to confirm the contract. The contract was not the 5 GIG data as promised but 150 MB only. I didnt activate until this was resolved. She was to get back to me after discussion with the dispute department - she didnt. I called the next day and she said that the sales consultants werent informed that this offer was no longer available but somebody will call me to resolve this issue from Disputes. 3 days later I have received no call.

Cn they take back the phone and package with no charge to me as the fault with them!
