Ad service yet again and staff unskilled

I complained about a problem i was having and a lady contacted me, she did not solve my problem but she gave me 3 months credit on my contract to which i discovered only lasted 2! I am discussed with the service and false info/promises... If anyone has advice on how to legally cancel my contract without paying penalties, please feel free to contact me.
