Running the gauntlet of beggars at KFC Drive Thru!

I work in the immediate service area of the KFC in Lambton and have visited the store on 3 occasions the last 2 weeks.

Every time I use the drive trough I am pestered and harassed by beggars around the store. The first instance I ignored them the second instance I reported it to the staff and was told that the manager will deal with it

Last night was the same experience; the beggar stands 5m away from the collection window and continues to harass me. When I again informed the staff member I was told that the manager will be informed - clearly no action is being taken and the store has a general no-care attitude.

I feel uncomfortable as a customer of the group to continuously have to deal with this after work long hours and trying to purchase a quick meal.

Needless to say I will have to take my business elsewhere if KFC continuous to insist that their customers concerns are not worth their efforts.
