I have been having multiple issues with Telkom. Firstly, I have been making double payments for the last two months, because they say it's not reflecting on their system. I have also logged a ticket a week ago as my connection keeps dropping daily -I literally have a 2 minutes on 2 minutes off connection - and they say the call is in hand with their Technicians for a week now. I myself am a technician for EOH, if my client logs a ticket today his call will be resolved by EOB tomorrow. This is extremely poor service!!!
