I have had no service to my speed stick since the weekend. I have lost data trying to view a clip online but I connect and then disconnect 5 min later. I also get such slow speeds I don't know why I even bother to connect.

I then try and use my phone today and there is a weak signal or nothing at all. All I get is edge.
I call cell c who logs a fault for both Sims and then tell me I can't receive any compensation for wasted data on my speedstick or for the inconvenience of not being able to download emails or get onto whatsapp.

I then ask to speak to a manager and both consultants tell me outright that they don't have any working by them. What utter nonsense. I then eventually get the consultant to call her manager but she puts me on hold for 10 minutes without speaking to me. What a disgrace. I left Vodacom and bought out my contract so I could move providers and this is what I get. I am a customer who spends over 300 a month and Cell c couldn't Care the least.
