2 weeks ago i phoned to cancel my contract, but was told that there is a penalty for cancelling early. I want to cancel because the data line is unusable. Agent informed me that i can cancel for free if there is a technical problem. A technician was sent out, and after a week of calling, its confirmed that there is insufficient coverage in my area. I have now waited on the line for 30 minutes while call centre tries to work out how to waive the cancellation fee. Managers are refusing to come to the phone to speak to me. This is unacceptable service. Not only can you not provide the service that I am paying for, but I cannot get my contract cancelled despite that due to incompetent training.
Please assist!
