I have been experiencing extremely poor network coverage for both cellular and data services. I lodged a coverage complaint /- October 2013. A technician was sent out on 2 occasions to investigate. I was provided with feedback that the coverage is extremely poor and that 8ta is going to install a booster. I was then contacted by 8ta and told that the coverage will improve in only 8 months time or more and was given the option to cancel my contract without any costs to be incurred by me. I have since been going to the sandton 8 at store to cancel my contract, to date my contract has not been cancelled and I am still paying for a service that I cannot use. The personnel at the store have no clue on what's going on and are extremely incompetent. I had to again for the third time lodge a cancellation request. The details of my initial case as well as the information of the technician coming out to my premises has mysteriously disappeared from the system and there is no records of any data about technicians report. I find this service total unacceptable and the service delivery is unacceptable. If the signal cannot be sorted Out I expect a refund of the amounts that I was paying for.
