I migrated from a BB Talk 100 BIS contract to a Smart Standard when changing from BB to iPhone. First I was double billed for two contracts over 3 months which I was eventually credited for after many calls and visits to a branch. Now they have moved me back to a BB Talk 100 BIS without any reason or contact! And now I am going to be billed for data usage on top of it! Autopage are useless and their processes are appalling. They have no activity log on why things were done. Now I am waiting for the migration dept to call me back "within 24 hours"... I am not holding my breath for that!
