Upsetting moment

I went to mtn in pavilion to sort out something that came as a fault from mtn side when i got to the store i was served by a lady names nadya she wasnt the nicest person ever i then explained my problem she was on the phone with customer care for two minutes and nothing was resolved then when i asked a few questions she responded saying she doesnt know in a very rude way if this is how mtn staff treat their customers it will be last time i ever deal with them considering that i have 3 contracts with them already how can you work in a place and not know whats going on
