Ad attitude

I went to kfc on the 07/04/2013 and i received very bad service. i got into the store and stood in a queue, while i was waiting other people came in and we served before me. When i questioned that a very rude cashier told me that with an attitude that we will all eventually be served. i came in before those people and i was supposed to be served before them. She was the only one on the counter that time, but some other guy came and helped me. The lady wa supposed to apologise and serve me but instead she shouted at me. She should be trained on customer service and know that she is at work she is supposed to treat customers with respect. i was very offended by this.
