Horrible and Insolent attitude

Only 1 of 2 open tills out of 12 tills in store.1 was busy with a customer for 15min. After we reached our turn the cashier didn't greeting us. I said hello & got ignored. She rang up the items & said " no credit available" as we were sure R1000 is open. I asked what the amount to be paid is & got told that the available credit is in a negative. She called somebody in Zulu & walked away without telling us what is going on. We got annoyed & asked her for her name & a telephone number we can call to find out what is going on & another person shouted the number to her which she rewrote several times on a slip & was hesitant to pass on as well as her name. I lost my patience after standing 30minutes without help & asked if this is how they treat customers. The other staff members began to laugh as we lost our cool and Ernst, the only person with a name badge sarcastically said yes. They kept re swiping my card & after 40 minutes we took the card & walked out. Is this how Jet treat customers? They are rude, incompetent, they don't care about customer service & don't explain anything to you & keep talking in Zulu. We even found blood on lady's clothing. Its a terrible place to go.
