No one ever comes back to me!!!

I phoned your call centre in July when my contract was changed without my permission, after getting no response I put a complaint on hello peter on the 3rd of July. I was phoned by a gentleman saying that they will reverse all data charges on my account since I got a bill for R 1400 after my account was changed. Nothing happened for 2 months. Phoned Cell C again in September to find out when I will get my refund, no one ever came back to me. Put another complaint on hello peter on the 12th of September, was told I will be phoned by someone, never received a call. Phoned Cell C again on the 9th of October, no one phoned me back. And again yesterday. Now I am putting my 3rd complaint on hello peter. This is the worse service I have ever receiver. Money just get debited off my account and as long as Cell C gets their money the are happy. The customer has no power or rights. This has been going on for 3months!!!
