Cell C put me on ITC for nothing

I am highly upset and annoyed right now with Cell C. For the pass couple of months my two contracts were suppose to be investigated of which nothing has been done no one has gotten back to me and worst off they have now put me on ITC which I am no impressed about. Both these numbers were paid up over a year ago according to the settlement amount I was given telephonically. Now they demanding money from me. They say their calls are recorded but nothing has been checked investigated or anything after having my complaint logged on numerous occasions no one has bothered to get back to me. I have informed them that I will be taking this up with my lawyers and taking this further and even if i must go to hello Peter so be it. I refuse to be victim to this internal lack of communication, lack of training with employees and lack of customer service it is a bad reflection on Cell C and unexceptionable. I want my name removed from ITC as I paid what I was asked for and refuse to pay them any more money. Plus they debited my account this year without my permission which I was furious about they had no right or permission to do so which I'm sure is illegal for someone to do.
