In September 2011 I cancelled my control chat contract by fax to CellC Customer Service (084 143 29). Quite recently they started debiting my bank account again! I requested my bank to stop these debits. I also emailed customer service proof of my fax and called them as well. However this morning their Collections department had the gall to call me and demand I pay them!
