Cell C has the worst Customer Service ever, they have SLAs of returning customer queries within 24-48hours that never gets adhered to and the only way my query was resolved was with me following up and doing the running around getting the information from the different departments.
I returned my phone to have my contract cancelled a month ago and was still not cancelled because apparently the Cancellations department didn't get feedback from Collections. I followed upwith collections who then updated the ticket informing Cancellations that it had been returned.
I then had to call Cancellations again only for them to once again tell me that Collections need to tell them directly. When I asked to speak to the manager Zanele, I was put on hold for 20 mins and still didn't get to speak to the manager.
I have subsequently decided not to upgrade and to rather go to a competitor and will do so once all my other lines come to the end of the contract.
What's the point of having cheap rates when everything else has gone to sh_t!
