My 8ta contract came to an end in May. Decided not to Upgrade due to unhelpful staff at 8ta staff at KC Western Cape and at staff at Vangate Mall Western Cape and the call centre no good to.. Decide to keep
my cellphone no. and go to prepaid. Biggest mistake I am trying 3 days now to have my BIS activated got my Vouchers at Telkom mobile by a Telkom rep. he could not get it to work and told my he cant be responsible if it
does not work.. I struggled for 2 days now still nothing and now the call centre is going to report this Fault after calling them several time in 2 days.. Wat more can you say Its TELKOM no words
