Udest collections agent ever!

I went to Capitec to make make payment arrangements as I was retrenched and needed assist with this regard, the consultant Tsolofelo assisted me very nicely and put me through to their collections department. Phindile (from collections) was the one who was supposed to help me but before she even listened to my story she rudely interuppted me and said that my problem is not her problem. She then proceeded to talk without giving me the opportunity to speak. I am a very good customer of Capitec bank and I would expect to be treated as such, I still have an issue with their service cause I am not allowed to stop any debits on my account but its my account. WORSE SERVICE EVER
