POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 30 October I emailed [Email Removed] (collections department) and requested a payment arrangement as I cannot afford to make the full payments as of end November 2013 as I will be going on maternity leave and will not receive any salary for that period. To date the only person who responded to me was Abegail Lottering as i copied her in on the email i sent to the collections department and all she keeps telling me is to contact the collections department, which is what ive been doing all the time!!! she offered no assistance. I am completely disgusted at the lack of customer service. Can anyone assist me and reply to my emails as this is actually an urgent matter!!! How much longer must i wait for a response? Everyone at this company needs to do a course in customer service!!!
