I've called the call centre 9 times, the retention department 6 times, sent 4 emails to customer care, 1 email to retention department and this is my third complaint on Hellopeter. All I need is answers, why is the contract not cancelled and if I upgraded the line as alleged by Cell C where is the upgraded phone. Why should I keep paying for a line I haven't used for over 6 months. CellC has never once called me to explain what happened because they Just DON'T CARE. Instead they emailed me a statemen. A warning don't ever take a contract with cellc cos they'll keep debiting ur account even after the contract expires, I have spoken to 4 different ppl who were scamed this same way by this company. I will not take this lying down. I want nothing to do with CellC infact the reason I wanted to cancel this contract is because of their lack of respect and accountability.
