Debacle as bad as telkom

Tried to call this call-center today and there were NO HUMANS... there was CONSTANT ADVERTISING for everything else but my need to speak to a HUMAN.

Can't you move the advertising to a webpage or blog and give the HUMANS to people that need ASSISTANCE?

I'm NOT IMPRESSED at all.
