No Answer To Escalations

I cancelled my contract on the 1st of May to be effective by the 31st of May which was one day too late. I phoned the customer service on the 1st of May to ensure that the cancellation was in order. 1st of May was a public holiday and hence the accounts/billing department was not available. I was asked to send my cancellation request to [Email Removed] which I did on the 2nd of May. The answer was that my contract will be terminated on the 30th of June. Upon my escalation I was asked to send the same email to ATT: Henry Dladla, escalation manager. No answer. I followed up again on the 10th of May. No Answer. Another follow up attempt today.
Hence I would like to highlight the poor customer service response performance.
