Phone damaged while being "Fixed"

5 weeks ago I took my OneX in for a warranty claim as the screen had developed a "dead spot" where I cannot tap buttons within that area nor drag widgets out of that area - the GPS was also inaccurate when compared to other OneXs

My phone was booked in with "light scratches" noted and told it would take 7-10 working days.

After 4 weeks, I went in to find my phone had arrived and was marked as "exchanged" - great! However, I was told all they exchanged was the inner components.

I turned the phone on and the issues with the screen were still there! And I noticed on the side they had shoved a screwdriver between the screen and the case to separate the two and in the process had damaged the casing and broken the inner clips as they were now overlapping the USB port. I also noticed that my screen was no longer "lightly scratched" and had 2 deep gouges in it.

I was less that pleased but they could not re-book my device in as the system was down but promised to do it the next day and would call me at the end of the week with an update.

It's been over a week and I have heard nothing and this promised call never happened, I don't know if it was booked in or what's happening??
