Poor service and no integrity

I was not going to send a mail as I have no issues with Vodacom per say. I have been a customer of Vodacom for more than 10 years and I never had any issues before. I upgraded my previous phone in November last year to a Samsung S3. January the phone went in for repairs. It was working fine until the 2nd of April this year. I was on my way back from holiday when the screen started going pink and blurry. It also made lots of dots. I switched the phone off and on and it seemed to be fine again. After about an hour the same thing happened and this went on until the next morning when the screen was totally dead. I went to Vodacare Centurion mall to book the phone in and again the process was smooth. I told them that I will contact them daily as that was my only phone. As promised I did phone daily and every day I was put off to the next day until 5 days later. I spoke to the manager lady and she told me that quote on the phone was for just over two thousand as the screen cracked. I immediately questioned her as there was no crack on the screen when I brought it in. She said that I would not be able to see it as it is on the back of the screen. I was unhappy that the phone could not be
